Where We Ship

We currently ship to the states highlighted in red on the map above. We're continuously expanding our shipping coverage to serve more wine enthusiasts across the country. As of 11.12.2025 we ship to the following states: CA, CO, DC, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TX, VA, VT, WI, WY.

Adult Signature & Compliance Policy

BottlePop Wines operates as a fully compliant, state-by-state DTC winery. We only ship to states where we are properly permitted and remit taxes, and we’re actively adding coverage (see above).

21+ only. By purchasing on BottlePop.com, you affirm you are 21 or older. An adult (21+) must be present at delivery to sign; carriers will verify age with valid government-issued ID. Packages cannot be left unattended.

Missed delivery & returns. If a shipment is returned due to missed delivery or inability to obtain an adult signature, the carrier will usually make two more attempts the next day and the day after. Contact us if anything goes sideways at hello@bottlepop.com and we'll be right there to help. 

Shipping Rates & Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within our shipping zones. We offer free Ground shipping for all orders above $99, and free Air shipping for all orders above $499.

Wine Shipping Regulations

Due to state regulations, we can only ship wine to states where we hold the appropriate licenses. The map above reflects our current shipping capabilities.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation and receipt of your order immediately following checkout. We'll keep you up to date on fulfillment and you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
