& Subscription terms

By joining a BottlePop Wine Club subscription, you agree to the following terms:

Membership & Billing

Your subscription includes twelve (12) bottles per shipment, billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the club selected).

Your payment method will be automatically charged on the scheduled billing date, plus applicable taxes based on your billing address.

Prices may change with advance notice. Any changes will apply to future shipments only.

Shipping

Wine club shipments are sent to the shipping address on file.

Adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery where mandated by law.

Shipping availability is subject to state and local alcohol regulations. If we’re unable to ship to your address, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.

Modifications & Cancellation

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account before the next billing date.

Changes or cancellations made after a billing date may apply to the following shipment.

There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees.

The final shipment will include all paid for bottles up until cancellation.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of alcohol sales, all wine club shipments are final sale.

If a bottle arrives damaged or flawed, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or receive alcohol.

By joining, you confirm that you are legally permitted to receive wine at your shipping address.

Creator Curation

Wines are curated selections and may vary by shipment. Specific bottles, vintages, or producers are not guaranteed and may change based on availability.
